Experience the strength of our Semi-Private and Group Fitness Training for one week!

Work with certified personal trainers who will take you through a focused workout with a big emphasis on form and strength.  Take part in our semi-private personal training  (4 people max) workout session where you will work out with others and experience our motto -- Together Stronger. If you prefer group fitness, experience our TS HIIT ( more cardio focus) and our Bootcamp (more strength focus) workouts (8 people max). It doesn’t matter who you are training next to because the workout is tailored to meet you where you are and push you to become better.
