Experience the strength of our Semi-Private and Group Fitness Training for one week!
* Work with certified personal trainers who will take you through a focused workout with a big emphasis on form. Take part in our semi-private (2-4) people workout session where you will workout with others and experience our motto of Together Stronger. If you prefer group fitness experience our TS HIIT ( more cardio focus) or our TS Tone (more strength focus) workouts where their are 8 people maximum. It doesn’t matter who you are training along side with because the workout is created to meet you where you are and push you to become better.
